At Karla Gaines Dentistry, we love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concern about a new dental office is knowing what to expect at your initial visit. We focus on providing quality dental care, and excellent customer service, in a relaxing, comfortable environment.
During your initial appointment, we will perform a complete examination including a series of digital radiographs, oral cancer, and periodontal screening. This will allow us to assess the condition of your overall oral health and create a dental plan based on your unique, individual needs.

Meet Dr. Gaines
Dr. Karla Gaines was born and raised in the state of Arkansas. Here's a fun fact: the town she was born in, was known as "The City With A Smile," so apparently.......it was meant to be! She graduated from Hendrix College before attending the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. Dr. Karla Gaines opened her general dental practice in 1995 to provide quality dental care for the Rogers, Arkansas community. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and values forming relationships with each individual.
In her spare time, Dr. Gaines enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family, which definitely includes her sweet pups.
CLEANINGS & COMPREHENSIVEEXAMS
Having your dental team perform a checkup and regular cleaning gives a preventive approach to dental care, helping to prevent problems with teeth, gums, and jaw bones. Regular checkups can identify and manage problems before they worsen. We recommend seeing us twice a year.
